Dawn Williams
My passion lies in helping people figure out what their gifts, talents and passions are . . . and then finding a way to share them with the world. I will help you gain clarity of your goal(s) and then help you develop a plan to achieve it.
As a self-professed assessment addict, I have taken most career, personality, strength, and interest assessments at least twice :) That said, I focus primarily on CliftonStrengths in my work with clients.
I graduated from the University of St. Thomas with an MA in Counseling Psychology. I am passionate about Career Development and am an active member of both the Washington Career Development Association (WCDA) and the National Career Development Association (NCDA). As a founding board member of the WCDA, I have held multiple roles on the board, including serving 2 terms as President. I also serve on NCDA’s State Leadership Council and am an alum of the NCDA Leadership Academy, class of 2017.
